Michael has given me a different perspective on how to look at my independence. Asking for help can be a link to open communication with someone. Don’t always look at asking as a weakness look at it as an opportunity.

Coaching has taught me less of me trying to do it all and getting my team to do things. Polling the team and finding out what works for us which has increased engagement and more buy in.

I have witnessed Michael’s executive skills and ability to tailor his skill sets to meet the needs of stakeholders, including patients, families, therapy staff, and administration on many occasions.

He is a visionary in his outlook to be able to forecast the needs of the autism field based on data analysis and began pioneering programs to address patient outcomes, training, and leadership. I have observed on multiple occasions his ability to listen attentively to stakeholders within the organization and the community to formulate strategies for growth and development.

I had the honor of coming into the field of behavior analysis as one of Michael Conteh’s employees. Though I did not have experience at the time, Michael recognized my passion and had a massive hand in training me to become the BCBA and Clinical Director that I am today. Michael was an incredible mentor, and though he was the CEO of the company, he still took the time to teach his employees and motivate us to be our best through his inspiring speeches.

Through words of wisdom and knowledge, Michael has changed countless lives. He has assisted staff with training, with his holistic understanding, and provided skills that helped many become great therapists.
