Position: Part-Time BCBA Coach

Weekly Commitment: 5 to 15 hours

BCBA Career opputunities

As a BCBA Coach at BCC, you will:

Provide coaching to BCBA's and parents of young children with Autism.

High-Performance Coaching

Contribute to the development of our coaching curriculum.

Coaching curriculum

Join a sanctuary for stressed-out BCBA's who are still passionate about making a difference without the burdensome red tape of insurance and high-stress ABA companies.

Burnout and stress management

Possess a coaching certification or equivalent (in addition to a BCBA certification).

Professional Development Strategies

Manage a manageable caseload, enabling you to build strong relationships with BCBA's and companies.

Professional relations

Excel in training others, as you find fulfillment in helping individuals grow and thrive.

BCBA Professional Development

Embrace neurodiversity and champion Autism acceptance and compassionate therapy through coaching other BCBA's.
