Combining multiple disciplines to make a fantastic and through coaching paradigm that involves Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Professional Certified Coach (PCC); and Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) Six Sigma
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Behavior analysis is a natural science that seeks to understand the behavior of individuals. That is, behavior analysts’ study how biological, pharmacological, and environmental factors influence the behavior of people. We use this information to make an intervention plan, take data, test plan for effectiveness, and reward successful implementation of plan.
Organized Behavior Management (OBM) - Taking ABA principles, we setup a motivation game plan to increase productivity and improve retention rate. We encourage small improvement in learning the process. When you reward the process and not final goals, greater consistent growth can be achieved. We completely break down a skill piece by piece and teach others how to optimize each step of the process.
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) - Coaching is a thought partner that helps give perspective on how to make internal changes. Coaching helps a person work on specific skills and goals to achieve measurable results while providing positive and honest feedback. A coach also keeps you accountable and celebrates in your successes and guides a person to answers but is not there to provide all the answers. The best answers about your life you will ever receive will come directly from inside you. We will provide proper system so you can come up with your growth improvement plan with attainable and sustainable goals.
Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) - Six Sigma is a disciplined, statistical-based, data-driven approach and continuous improvement methodology for eliminating defects in a product, process, or service. This method aids in taking any process to properly errors in any system. This process helps us to customized products specifically for your need in most efficient way
Six Sigma strategies seek to improve the quality of the output of a process by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes. It uses a set of quality management methods, mainly empirical, statistical methods, and creates a special infrastructure of people within the organization who are experts in these methods. Each Six Sigma project carried out within an organization follows a defined sequence of steps and has specific value targets, for example: reduce process cycle time, increase quality, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, and increase profits DMAIC:
- Define – Define process and scope of project. Assign the project and establish boundaries, success criteria, and integration protocol
- Measure – Select something objective and influential. Get a baseline
- Analyze – Identify important variables and functions of behavior
- Improve – Improve on process, update protocols, map process and measure success
- Control – Have method to monitor behavior and what to do if behavior returns or when to review protocol. For closure review lessons learned, after action review, things to work on for next time on project.
What is consulting?
Consulting provides specific advice to specific needs. We pull from our niche experience, industry understanding, and problem-solving abilities to offer valuable insight from another perspective.
A consultant will give advice on how to handle a situation with some tips based from experience. We will still work together on the solution, but in this model, we provide more consistent feedback
We provide a mix of coaching and consulting and will tailor that amount given to the requests of each person/business.
