Clarity and Ignition - 90-Day Plan for Jumpstarting Success

Pay $499 a month for 3 months

Get ready to jumpstart your success and optimize your potential. The Clarity and Ignition package is designed for those who need a quick boost.

  • Baseline assessment, including the Myers Briggs Personality Test (MBTI), to gain insights into your strengths and preferences.

  • Weekly 45-minute coaching sessions (10 sessions in total) to provide guidance and support.

  • Template for a 90-day action plan to build throughout your coaching journey.

  • Monthly Continuing Education Units (CEUs) opportunities with live or on-demand options (valued at $99 total).

  • Free access to wellness modules for improving morning and evening routines, fitness plans, stress reduction, and work-life balance (valued at $599 total).

Motivation and Integration - 6-Month Plan - Most popular package!

Pay $375 a month for 6 months;

Take your progress further with the Motivation and Integration package, designed to optimize your strengths and foster success in your current and future endeavors. In addition to the 3-month package:

  • Bi-weekly 45-minute coaching sessions for continued support.

  • In-depth strategies on leadership skills, communication and conflict management, strategic planning, organization skills, emotional intelligence, Lean Six Sigma/Project Management.

  • Wellness plan integration.

  • Monthly assistance from one of our BCBA interns for approved work tasks (2 tasks each quarter).

  • Research support and help creating small templates.

  • Additional approved activities to offload some of your work duties to the intern.

Package #3

Reflection and Optimization - 12-Month Plan

$250 monthly for 12 months

Solidify your professional and wellness habits, and upgrade your processes with the Reflection and Optimization package. In addition to the 6-month package:

  • Bi-weekly 45-minute coaching sessions for ongoing development.

  • Quarterly project reviews and assistance in prepping for the next 3 months.

  • Free quarterly Project Management consultation with a 1-page action plan and resources for optimization.

  • Monthly assistance from one of our BCBA interns for approved work tasks (2 tasks each quarter).

  • Research support, template creation, and other approved activities to offload work duties.
